Meet our Lead Designer
After obtaining my degree in Landscape Architecture in 1994, I chose to focus on the intimate discipline of garden design, so I could deliver one to one personalised service and follow my passion for designing spaces for private residences.
When designing gardens in Canberra and beyond, I take my inspiration and orchestration from patterns; not just those found in nature, but also from music, art and social environments. In addition to using lines and shapes, I take inspiration from the character of the house on-site to develop my ideas.
After living in Europe and the United Kingdom for several years, I have become intimately familiar with garden styles and philosophies from across the world. Ongoing study has helped me develop a comprehensive understanding of the key historical, functional, aesthetic and symbolic elements that comprise good design, which I will apply when we work together to create your ideal outdoor space.
